My RC boat cannot pair with the remote controller:

Please follow the steps for troubleshooting below:
1. Make sure both the RC boat and remote are full of power, and insert the remote battery with the correct "+" & "-" polarity.
2. Make sure the two red dots on the bottom of the RC boat are fully in contact with the water so that the RC boat will be activated.
3. Please pay attention not to touch the throttle when you're pairing.


Attention: Please kindly record the issue video and email our support team via support@alpharev.com for further analysis. When recording the video, please keep the camera focused on the RC boat and the indicator light on the transmitter for us to analyze the failure more accurately. Please be sure that we will definitely provide you with a satisfying solution.
